Letter from the Headmistress

I am delighted to let you know that we have appointed Miss Malvika Lehal as our Alumnae Relations Manager.  Miss Lehal comes to us from a background in Public Relations and has worked for McCann Eriksson.  Miss Lehal will be taking up her new post at the start of the summer term. She is lively, enthusiastic and very much looking forward to her new role.

Miss Lehal will be working with me to establish the “Friends of NGHS”. We want to encourage you as former pupils and also parents of former pupils to become part of the “Friends of NGHS”. We are aware that there is a wealth of experience, talent and expertise amongst you and our former parent body and we really hope that our current students can have the opportunity to benefit from this wider experience. We also believe that many of you would like to meet up and share news and we hope to provide many opportunities for different groups to meet together.

I hope that we will be able to cater for the many and varied interests of our alumnae of all ages and also our former parents who have supported the school so well over the years.  Miss Lehal will attend the OGA lunch on Saturday 9 May and you will have the opportunity to meet her there.
